Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of magasssol.shop and any purchase you make from it. The seller is MAGM ASSET SOLUTIONS LTD, trading as CargoNest, a company registered in England, with its registered office at 84-90 Higher Road, Urmston, Manchester, England, M41 9AP, United Kingdom.

By placing an order or using this store you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not order. We may update these terms; the version published here when you order is the version that applies to that order.

CargoNest is a retailer of physical moving and home-storage supplies: boxes, packing consumables, protection, tools and storage products. That is the entirety of what we do.

For the avoidance of any doubt, we are not:

• a moving, packing, removals or haulage company — we do not send crews and we do not transport your belongings;
• a vehicle rental or leasing business, and we do not hire out vans, trucks or any other vehicle;
• a self-storage or warehousing provider — we do not rent out storage space;
• a freight broker, courier or logistics intermediary;
• a provider of finance, credit, lending, instalment plans, leasing, asset management or any other financial service;
• an insurer, and we do not underwrite or arrange insurance for your belongings.

Anything you read on this site is an offer to sell goods. Nothing on it is an offer of a service, transportation, storage, credit or insurance.

• All prices are in USD and are one-time purchase prices for the goods described, unless the page states it is a recurring membership.
• Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send your dispatch confirmation, not when you pay.
• If we cannot fulfil an order — a pricing error, an item we cannot source, or an address we cannot ship to — we will tell you and refund you in full. We reserve the right to decline any order.
• Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout; we never receive your full card number. Payments show as CARGONEST on your statement.
• Prices exclude import duty and local taxes, which are your responsibility as importer. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
• Quantities are limited to 20 units per item per order. Larger volumes go through bulk quotes.

Our products are packaging and handling aids. Used correctly they substantially reduce the risk of damage and injury; used incorrectly they can fail. Please read this section — it matters more than most legal text.

• Respect stated sizes and board grades. Each product page lists what the item is for. Pack dense items such as books and crockery into small boxes, and lighter bulky items into large ones.
• Keep boxes to a weight you can carry. A box you cannot lift comfortably is a box that will be dropped. Do not overfill.
• Stack sensibly. Heaviest at the bottom, stacks stable and no taller than you can control. Corrugated board loses strength when damp — keep boxes dry.
• Lift correctly. Lifting straps spread load between two people; they do not remove the need for correct technique. If an item is too heavy or awkward, do not lift it.
• Ratchet straps secure a load; they are not lifting equipment and must never be used to suspend, hoist or support people or animals.
• Vacuum bags and cover bags are not toys. Keep plastic bags and films away from children and pets — risk of suffocation.
• Wardrobe boxes and flat-panel boxes must be assembled as designed, with the rail seated and base fully taped, before loading.

No guarantee against damage. Our supplies are designed to reduce the risk of damage in transit. They cannot eliminate it. We do not guarantee that items you pack will arrive undamaged, and we are not liable for damage to your own belongings. Insure valuable, fragile or irreplaceable items separately before you move them.

How you pack, lift, stack, load and transport your belongings is your responsibility and outside our control.

• Membership is a recurring service subscription billed monthly or annually in USD, giving member pricing, shipping perks and support benefits as described on the membership page.
• Membership carries no points, no stored value and no withdrawable balance. It is not a wallet, a prepayment, a credit facility or a financial product of any kind.
• Benefits apply during the paid billing period and do not roll over if unused.
• Annual billing is twelve months charged at once, at a 20% discount to the monthly rate.
• Membership renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time in the billing portal; benefits run to the end of the paid period.
• The Hauler tier includes one Seasonal Storage Bundle shipped each membership year. It is a physical benefit that we ship — it has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or credit.
• We may change tier pricing or benefits with 30 days' notice by email; you may cancel before it takes effect.

The Move Sizer suggests a kit and add-on packs from the answers you give it. It is a rules-based convenience tool, not advice and not a survey of your home. How much you own varies enormously between homes of the same size, so its suggestions are a starting point you should adjust.

We do not warrant that a suggested bundle will hold everything you own, and quantities you buy remain your decision. Full detail is in the Move Sizer Notice.

This store may not be used by anyone under 13. We do not knowingly sell to or collect data from children under 13.

Customers aged 13 to 17 may only order with the consent of a parent or guardian, who takes responsibility for the order, the payment and the safe use of the products. By ordering, you confirm you are either 18 or over, or 13 to 17 with that consent.

Memberships may only be taken out by someone aged 18 or over.

You agree not to misuse magasssol.shop: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, no scraping it for a competing catalogue, no fraudulent orders or payment details, and no impersonation of CargoNest.

Detail is in our Acceptable Use Policy. We may cancel orders, refuse service and close memberships where these terms are broken.

The CargoNest name, logo, product photography, copy and page design are owned by MAGM ASSET SOLUTIONS LTD and may not be copied, reused or adapted without our written permission. You may of course use our product pages for the ordinary purpose of choosing and buying goods.

Content you send us — review photographs, for example — remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to display it. See the Content License.

We are liable for supplying goods that match their description, are of satisfactory quality and are fit for the purpose we describe. If we fail, we will replace or refund the goods.

We are not liable for: damage to your own belongings during your move, however packed; indirect or consequential loss; loss of profit, business or opportunity; or costs arising from delays in delivery caused by carriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control.

Except where liability cannot lawfully be limited, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, nothing here affects your statutory rights.

These terms and any purchase from magasssol.shop are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your own country, and you may bring proceedings there.
