Content License

The CargoNest name and logo, our product photography, product descriptions, page copy, the Move Sizer and the design of magasssol.shop are owned by MAGM ASSET SOLUTIONS LTD and protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may use our product pages for the ordinary purpose of choosing and buying goods — reading them, printing one for your own reference, or sending a link to someone. You may not copy our photography or copy into your own listings, catalogue or site, or adapt them, without our written permission.

Retailers and resellers who want licensed imagery and copy should ask via bulk and wholesale.

Anything you send us stays yours. If you post a review, send a photograph of your packed boxes, or email us a picture for a damage claim, you keep full ownership and copyright in it. We claim none.

When you send us a review, photograph or other content for publication, you grant MAGM ASSET SOLUTIONS LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and resize it for the limited purpose of showing customer feedback on magasssol.shop and in our own customer emails.

This licence is deliberately narrow. It does not let us:

• sell your content, or license it on to anyone else;
• use it in paid advertising without asking you first;
• alter it in a way that changes its meaning, beyond cropping and resizing to fit a layout;
• use your photograph on a product page as if it were our own product photography.

The licence lasts while the content is published. Email support@magasssol.shop to withdraw it and we will remove the content, normally within five working days.

Content sent purely to support a return or damage claim is used only to settle that claim and with the carrier, and is never published.

By sending us content for publication, you confirm that:

• it is yours, or you have permission from whoever owns it;
• anyone identifiable in it has agreed to appear;
• it does not contain third-party brands, logos, artwork or copyrighted material you have no right to share;
• it is honest — a genuine account of your own experience, not paid for by anyone else;
• it is not unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or an attempt to advertise something else.

Please blur or crop anything private before sending: house numbers, name labels, documents on the table behind the box.

We may decline to publish content, or remove it later, if it breaks the promises above or our Acceptable Use Policy. We do not remove reviews merely for being critical — an honest bad review is more useful to everyone than a deleted one.

If you believe content on our site infringes your rights, email support@magasssol.shop with the page, what the content is and what your right in it is. We will investigate and, where the claim is made out, remove it promptly.
