Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses magasssol.shop — browsing, ordering, holding a CargoNest Club membership, or contacting us through our forms. It sits alongside our Terms of Service.

Our expectations are short and unsurprising: buy honestly, use the products safely, do not pretend to be us.

You are welcome to resell goods you buy from us. When you do, you must not:

• present yourself as an authorised CargoNest dealer, agent or partner unless we have agreed that in writing;
• copy our product photography, descriptions or page copy into your own listings without our permission;
• misdescribe what you are selling — inventing load ratings, materials, dimensions or certifications we do not claim;
• relabel our goods as another brand, or remove or alter safety information;
• use our product information to support a fraudulent listing, or to take payment for goods you do not hold.

If you want to stock our range properly, ask: bulk and wholesale quotes.

You must not:

• claim to be CargoNest or MAGM ASSET SOLUTIONS LTD, or to be acting on our behalf;
• set up sites, storefronts, social accounts or email addresses designed to be mistaken for ours;
• send messages that appear to come from us, including fake order or delivery notifications;
• use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse a product or service we have nothing to do with.

Genuine communication from us comes from our own domain. If you receive something suspicious claiming to be from CargoNest, forward it to support@magasssol.shop.

• Order only with a payment method you are authorised to use, and give accurate delivery details.
• Do not attempt to obtain goods by chargeback abuse, false damage claims or false non-delivery claims.
• Do not try to obtain member pricing without an active membership, or share a membership across businesses.
• Do not order products to use them outside their stated purpose in ways that are unsafe or unlawful — for example, using ratchet straps as lifting or climbing equipment. See the product safety terms in our Terms of Service.

You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the store, its administration area, servers or database;
• probe, scan or test the security of the store, or bypass any access control;
• scrape or harvest the catalogue systematically, or place automated load on the site;
• introduce malware, or attempt to disrupt the store for other customers;
• use our forms to send spam, malicious links or abusive content to our team.

If you find a security flaw, please report it to support@magasssol.shop rather than exploit it. We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue responsibly and gives us a reasonable chance to fix it.

Depending on what has happened, we may:

• cancel or refuse an order and refund it;
• close a CargoNest Club membership, with a pro-rata refund where the fault is not yours;
• decline future orders from an account, address or payment method;
• report fraud or unauthorised access to the payment processor, the platform concerned or law enforcement.

We will always tell you what we have done and why, at the email address on the order. If you think we have this wrong, reply and a person will look at it again.
